Valuations
Assessments of the Fair Market Value (FMV) of media rights. We use comparable market metrics from similarly situated entities, adjusted for the specifics of your situation. This will help make you knowledgeable prior to the beginning of the negotiation process, giving you visability of what is realistic.

Assessments
A top-to-bottom review of your existing agreements, structure, operation, and/or performance. It is designed to identify strengths and weaknesses, focusing on changes that should be made in future arrangements and valuable aspects to retain.

Modeling and Projections

Agreement Documentation

Getting from deal points to a signed agreement requires more than just handing a term sheet off to the lawyers. Our experience in seeing a deal all the way through to signature is an important element of our client service. Unless carefully documented, the agreed-upon deal points may be less than completely captured in the final agreement.
